Say Hello to Northern Counties’ First Volunteer Police Cadets!
It was a proud and exciting day at Northern Counties as we officially welcomed our first cohort of Volunteer Police Cadets!
Families and staff came together to mark the occasion, joining team members from Northumbria Police for a special swearing-in ceremony.
A huge congratulations to Miley, Ruby, and Jack, who took their oaths and are now officially Volunteer Police Cadets with Northumbria Police.
As Volunteer Police Cadets, our students are gaining valuable, real-world experience while developing essential skills such as leadership, teamwork, and community engagement. Representing not only Northern Counties but their wider communities, Miley, Ruby, and Jack are stepping up to support local policing efforts and explore what a future career in law enforcement might look like.
This is a fantastic opportunity for our learners to build confidence, grow personally and professionally, and make a positive difference in the lives of others. We’re proud to continue our strong partnership with Northumbria Police in providing experiences that truly empower young people.
Congratulations to our cadets – we can鈥檛 wait to share more about their journey, so stay tuned for updates!
